FAQ

What is Frontline Ready?+

An independent preparation system for Ontario and North American law enforcement applicants, built by a serving frontline officer.

Is this affiliated with the OPP, TPS, RCMP, or the OACP?+

No. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any police service or testing vendor.

Do I need a college degree to apply for policing?+

Most services require at least an Ontario Secondary School Diploma. Post-secondary is an asset but not always required — check the service you're applying to.

What's the difference between the free roadmap and the paid guides?+

The roadmap is the map: every stage, in order. The paid guides are the deep prep for each individual stage.

Is there a guarantee I'll pass or get hired?+

No. Anyone who promises that is lying. We give you the map and the materials. The work is yours.

What is the OACP Certificate and how do I get it?+

A standardized screening certificate required by many Ontario services. Our OACP guide walks through the test and how to register.

What's the PREP test / shuttle run?+

The Physical Readiness Evaluation for Police — including the shuttle run and other physical standards. Covered in detail in the Fitness/PREP guide.

What are the ECI and LFI interviews?+

The Essential Competency Interview and Local Focus Interview — structured behavioural panels best handled with the STAR method.

What is The Recruit Room?+

Our paid community ($35/mo) hosted on Skool for serious applicants — stage-by-stage channels, monthly Q&A, peer support.

How does 1-on-1 coaching work?+

Book a single session ($80) or a 3-pack ($199). You'll get a scheduling link by email after checkout.

What is the Complete Recruit Kit?+

Every guide bundled together with coaching access for $397 — the best value if you want everything in one.

Can I get a refund?+

Digital products are non-refundable once accessed. Coaching sessions can be rescheduled if cancelled 24+ hours in advance.

Is this only for Ontario?+

Ontario is the primary focus. North American content is being developed.
