About us

Frontline Ready is operated in Ontario, Canada. We sell digital educational resources designed to help Ontario law enforcement applicants navigate the police application process.

Products and digital delivery

All products sold on this store are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive download access to your purchased files by email. Please ensure the email address entered at checkout is correct — we are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address.

Personal use licence

When you purchase a digital product from Frontline Ready, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only. You may not:

- Reproduce, distribute, or resell any purchased content
- Share files with others who have not purchased them
- Upload content to any public platform, forum, or file-sharing service
- Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including guides, templates, text, graphics, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Frontline Ready and is protected under Canadian copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in legal action.

Accuracy of information

Frontline Ready is not responsible for changes made by individual police services or provincial authorities after our content was published. Always verify requirements directly with the relevant police service or the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP).

Our products are educational resources, not legal, employment, or professional advice. Purchasing from Frontline Ready does not guarantee employment with any police service. Pricing and taxes

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged. Applicable taxes (including GST/HST) may be added at checkout in accordance with Canadian federal and provincial tax law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
